At NasalFresh MD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original NasalFresh MD tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
